Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in Miami, FL is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join a growing US AI and technology recruitment team. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll source and deliver candidates for high-growth clients across the US, collaborate with business development colleagues, and build relationships across active tech markets from San Francisco to New York.

The Entry Level Recruiter will manage candidate delivery for high-growth AI and technology clients across the US.
