FIFTEEN WEST is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant in Brickell, Miami, FL. The role offers a 45,000–50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 5 days during training).

You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, and work with mentors to accelerate your career. The position provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop negotiation and consulting skills within a fast-growing life
