You will screen candidates, coach for interviews, and build a network of consultants while growing your career in a performance-based environment with comprehensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and references.
• Prepare consultants for starting their new roles and communicate opportunities clearly.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain ongoing engagement throughout employment.
