Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to help advance careers of skilled professionals in engineering and sciences. You will build trusted relationships with our consultant network and partner with hiring managers to understand needs to fill roles effectively.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding, plus coaching consultants and expanding a top-tier network.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meetings with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools and channels.
• Screen potential candidates through interviews and reference checks and learn about goals and interests.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their roles.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout employment.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships to become a partner in advancing candidates' careers.
