Job summary

Aerotek in Roanoke, VA is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.

You will partner with your Account Manager to target top accounts and skill sets, provide strong customer service, and participate in community volunteering efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 1: $80,800

• Year 3: $150,000
