Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts and key market segments.

The role involves building relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads, along with performing various customer service activities and volunteering with community organizations.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 3: $150,000
