Job summary

Aerotek in Maumee, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and partner with Account Managers to target key accounts. You will build relationships with industry contacts and perform customer service tasks.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissionafter the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 1: $80,800
• Year 2: $121,500
• Year 3: $150,000
