Job summary

HTU is seeking a results-driven recruiter in Deerfield, IL who will identify qualified candidates using a range of sourcing tools, then screen and interview applicants to ensure a strong fit. You will collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments, while building industry relationships for referrals and sales leads.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after successful completion of hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $60,000 after 1 year, with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $55,000; Year 2: $81,000; Year 3: $107,000.
