Job summary

NWU in Greenwood, IN seeks an energetic recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will also build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, while contributing to community volunteering efforts.

The role supports customer service activities and offers opportunities for incentives through performance-based compensation and benefits.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $57,783.96 upon successful completion of hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• After 1 year, base salary increases to $60,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
