Job summary

GOTAFE in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a results-driven recruiter to identify qualified candidates and guide them through screening and interviews. You will partner with Account Managers to target key markets and build strong relationships.

You will also participate in community partnerships and provide excellent customer service while helping drive sales leads through referrals and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

• Base salary of $70,304 after hourly training period.
