Job summary

Notre Dame in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with the Account Manager to target top accounts and key market segments.

You will build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads, while performing customer service tasks and participating in community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Base salary of $70,304 after hourly training period.
