Job summary

Outsource is hiring in California for a recruiter role focused on low-voltage and electrical staffing. You will identify qualified candidates, conduct outreach, screen applicants, and help onboard hires while building relationships with clients and candidates.

The position offers uncapped commission with on-target earnings around $60,000–$70,000 annually, plus a $24.05 hourly base rate and comprehensive benefits. Training and advancement opportunities are provided in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the company's database and sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.
• Conduct outreach to candidates, including a high-volume calling goal.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding and employment documentation processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and match candidates with client jobs.
• Generate sales leads for the Sales/Account Management teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
