Job summary

VC5 Consulting in Houston, TX seeks an ambitious Talent Acquisition associate, open to recent graduates or professionals seeking a career change. You will build client relationships and participate in a hands-on training program with mentorship from industry leaders.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks; conducting interviews with prep and resume reviews; and managing offers while staying connected with placed hires to ensure post-placement

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide intensive interview prep, including mock interviews and resume reviews.
• Manage the offer process, extend offers, and stay in touch with placed candidates post-assignment.
