Centurion Selection in Houston is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our construction recruitment team. You will work alongside our VP, focusing on the Texas market and gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process from day one.

There is no corporate maze and no waiting years for an opportunity to progress. We provide direct training, live searches and real responsibility as you develop into a full Consultant.

Qualifications

• You are early in your career and determined to succeed.
• You have previous sales, business development or customer-facing experience (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Learn the Texas construction market through hands-on training.
• Speak daily with construction professionals from site-level to executives.
• Work on live searches and build your candidate network.
• Develop commercial skills including client contact, business development and negotiation.
• Progress to a full Consultant position as you demonstrate impact.
