Centurion Selection in Houston is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our construction recruitment team. You will work alongside our VP, focusing on the Texas market and gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process from day one.

There is no corporate maze and no waiting years for an opportunity to progress. We provide direct training, live searches and real responsibility as you develop into a full Consultant.

Associate Consultant – Construction Recruitment

We are hiring an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our construction recruitment team in Houston.

You will work directly alongside our VP, focusing on the Texas construction market and gaining hands‑on experience across the full recruitment process from day one.

There is no corporate maze and no waiting years for an opportunity to progress. You will receive direct training, work on live searches and take on real responsibility as you develop into a full Consultant.

Never worked in recruitment before? That is not a problem. Many of our most successful people joined the industry without previous recruitment experience. We can teach recruitment, but you need to bring the ambition, work ethic and drive to succeed.

What your first 4–6 months will look like

• Learning the Texas construction market through hands‑on training
• Speaking daily with construction professionals, from site‑level employees to senior executives
• Working on live searches while building your own candidate network
• Developing commercial skills, including client contact, business development and negotiation
• Preparing to progress into a full Consultant position
