Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter in Rochester, NY. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about talent acquisition, particularly in contract staffing within the engineering and cleared hiring sectors. You will collaborate with Senior Recruiters to source, screen, and place candidates, manage job orders, and ensure compliance with recruiting guidelines. Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting, HR, or staffing industry experience.
• Basic understanding of contract/W2/C2C staffing models.
• Familiarity with engineering roles and/or defense/government cleared hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Utilize job boards and ATS tools for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
