Infosys is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

The candidate will manage candidate pipelines, maintain ATS records, and participate in campus outreach and events. A strong communicator with multitasking ability is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (any Major) — recent graduates or within 18 months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities.
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs.
• Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
