Aerotek in Orlando, FL is hiring a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen interviews, and partner with Account Managers to target key market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts and contribute to sales leads while delivering strong customer service.

The role offers a base salary with commission potential, with progressive increases over the first years and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k, ample PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
