Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in the United States. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. The role includes customer service tasks and community involvement.

Base pay starts at $45,000 with weekly commissions, increasing to $55,000 after one year, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.
