Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify, source, and engage qualified candidates, conduct screenings, and build strong pipelines to support hiring needs. You'll partner with account managers to understand client demands and market trends, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

With a focus on onboarding, you will ensure a positive candidate experience while staying informed about local labor market conditions and participating in community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Team-oriented environment experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring demands, target skill sets, and market trends
• Develop relationships with candidates, contractors, and referral networks
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Stay informed on local labor market trends and workforce conditions
• Participate in community engagement and networking events to expand Aerotek's presence
