The position includes comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement from recruiter to sales roles, and a clear compensation path with base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts and target markets.
• Build relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and referrals.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Gives back to the community through volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.
