Oxford Solutions is looking for a motivated, competitive Recruiter to join our team in Pittsburgh’s North Hills neighborhood (McCandless). This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for career growth and advancement as you develop your recruiting, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Recruiting is part sales, part relationship building, and part problem solving. You’ll connect with candidates, recruiters, and sales leaders while learning about interesting careers across IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and other professional fields in Pittsburgh and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with candidates for a wide variety of professional opportunities
• Recruit through LinkedIn, job boards, our candidate database, networking, referrals, and outbound calls
