Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with candidates for a wide variety of opportunities.
• Recruit through LinkedIn, job boards, candidate database, networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Interview candidates to learn about experience and goals.
• Partner with the sales team to understand open positions and identify talent.
• Coordinate interviews, present opportunities, extend offers, and help candidates through the hiring process.
• Build your network and candidate pipeline toward individual and team goals.
