Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist @ LEAD3R | Recruitment, Coaching, Advisory Services

Are you competitive in nature, with an entrepreneurial spirit? PTS Advance is experiencing significant growth and currently needs several Recruitment Advisors to join our Orlando Team. The Recruitment Advisor will join our Centre of Excellence and serve as a candidate ambassador, making a real impact by finding the right people for the right jobs.

PTS Advance has been in operation for over 25 years with established clients across Oil & Gas, Power/Renewables, and Construction & Infrastructure. These roles will sit across the above-mentioned markets and will be based in our Orlando Centre of Excellence (COE). The COE is a 12-week structured training program that teaches you the ins and outs of recruiting through proven best practices. With commitment and persistence, this program provides a clear path to building a highly rewarding and lucrative career in recruitment.

What to expect

Recruiting is a fast-paced and rewarding career, but it requires persistence. Some days will be challenging. You may not always get the response you hoped for. Success comes from staying positive, learning quickly, and being willing to pick up the phone again. Our structured training program beginning October 6th will give you the tools, support, and confidence to succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers & Business Development Managers to source and engage candidates for active job orders.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across targeted industries.
• Leverage platforms like Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
• Contribute to lead generation and market intelligence efforts.
• Support skill marketing campaigns, introducing top talent to clients and prospects.
