Job summary

Evergreen Capital in Fountain Valley, CA seeks entry-level Sales Representatives for its acquisitions team. This phone-based role focuses on outbound calls to motivated sellers, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone. Training is provided, with in-person work a core component.

You will spend most of your day talking with homeowners, building rapport, and driving toward signed contracts via CRM and dialer tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Entry-level candidates welcome with comprehensive training provided

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer
• Follow scripts to engage homeowners and present cash offers
• Qualify leads, gather property details, negotiate terms to contracts
• Build relationships with sellers through follow-up calls
• Enter lead and deal information into CRM
• Collaborate with team to close deals quickly
