Job description

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to specialize in real estate acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys creating opportunities through prospecting, building relationships, and connecting with homeowners, investors, and other real estate professionals.

You will learn how to generate acquisition opportunities through outbound lead generation, identify off market properties, and have meaningful conversations with property owners. Through consistent prospecting, follow up, and structured coaching, you will develop the communication and sales skills needed to uncover opportunities before they become widely available.

Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain hands on experience evaluating investment opportunities, understanding market trends, negotiating with property owners, and guiding opportunities from the initial conversation through contract and closing. You will also learn how successful acquisition agents build predictable pipelines through consistent daily activity and relationship driven business.
