Job summary

SoCal Home Buyers is seeking motivated individuals to join our acquisitions team as entry-level Sales Representatives. This is a predominantly phone-based role where you will make outbound calls to motivated sellers, qualify leads, and negotiate purchase contracts over the phone.

No door-knocking; all work is remote via phone and CRM tools. Compensation includes a strong base with commissions, paid training, and growth opportunities into senior acquisitions or management roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections.
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience a plus.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; comprehensive training provided.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace; position is primarily in-person.

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day.
• Follow scripts to engage homeowners and present cash offer solutions.
• Qualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up calls.
• Enter lead and deal information into our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficiently.
