Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center, home, and community settings. This role requires data collection, adherence to treatment plans, and collaboration with Clinical Supervisors.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with paid training including RBT certification, and a comprehensive benefits package. Evening, weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or enrolled in psychology, education, or related field.
• Interest in autism and willingness to learn about ABA.
• Ability to communicate proactively and professionally with clients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults.
• Collect and maintain data on client performance.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel to centers, homes and community settings as required.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple domains under supervision.
• Assist with assessments and ensure proper training.
• Maintain safety and order in therapy environments.
