• RBT certification or in progress with CORES competency assessments.
• Learning ABA principles and applying under supervision.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA/Senior RBT supervision.
• Collect data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Assist in assessments and observations for treatment planning.
• Follow established treatment plans to promote skill development.
• Maintain session notes and progress records within 24 hours.
• Engage with clients to build rapport and a supportive environment.
• Report progress and concerns to the BCBA regularly.
• Participate in required training and ongoing learning.
• Deliver treatment to clients ~90% of hours worked.
