Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Able to read and interpret contract documents and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily surveillance and inspections to verify work is per contract documents and NYCT guidelines.
• Prepare daily construction reports documenting workforce, activities, and progress.
• Maintain current record drawings and ensure accurate documentation.
• Keep Resident Engineer informed of progress and QA activities.
• Document field conditions deviating from the contract.
