Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on manufacturing and quality control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings or willingness to develop this skill.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control activities across manufacturing, including dimensional, visual, and in-process inspection.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions.
• Assist with PPAP and APQP activities and first-article inspections.
• Identify nonconforming material and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to resolve manufacturing and quality issues on the shop floor.
