Responsibilities

• Develops, installs and maintains cost-effective manufacturing methods.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Manager to monitor equipment performance.
• Documents method changes and tracks cost savings against budgets.
• Performs equipment improvements and preventive maintenance planning.
• Represents Polo's interests with contractors and consultants.
