Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.
• Experience in quality control or inspection in manufacturing preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Solid computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Create and maintain inspection documentation and photography records.
• Identify nonconforming material or processes and document findings.
• Inspect finished units for conformance to BOM specifications before delivery.
• Maintain accurate inspection records organized by serial and job numbers.
• Support quality awareness and communicate inspection results across production.
• Conduct final verifications to confirm products meet quality requirements.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
