Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children with special needs, helping them develop social and communication skills and reinforcing positive behaviors under supervision.

You will document progress, track milestones, and implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and benefits from day one.
