Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Mission Viejo, CA to support clients with daily activities and essential health tasks. The role offers hourly pay and weekly paychecks, with comprehensive benefits through Maxim.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, personal care, companionship, and coordinating services with families and healthcare providers. Requirements include BLS, state licensure as needed, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required by state and/or program.
• 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Current BLS Card.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate services between home, school, local health agency, and other resources.
• Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals via strong communication skills; proficiency in English may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
