Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Spokane is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. You will help the child build social and communication skills and track progress under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Competitive hourly pay of $20–$25 with weekly paychecks, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. This on-site role requires compassion, strong communication, and reliable, patient-collected care.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• College coursework or 1 year of relevant experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
