Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support daily community upkeep and learn the foundations of property maintenance. This entry-level role focuses on cleaning, grounds maintenance, and assisting with repairs to prepare vacant units.

You will join a team that values learning, teamwork, and a path to grow skills within a supportive, on-site environment. Candidates should have basic maintenance knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of property grounds and amenities per company standards.
• Assist with light repairs and preventive maintenance to prepare vacant apartments.
• Support the maintenance team with tasks such as lock changes and fixture replacements and keep shop organized.
