MYR Energy Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to help oversee electrical construction projects, ensure timely delivery, and protect client relationships. The role supports the Project Manager across planning, scheduling, and field coordination.

You will engage with clients, vendors, and crews, study bid specs, prepare look-ahead documents, and produce progress reports while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Estimator or Project Engineer in electrical construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in service management duties.
• Develop effective solutions to issues that may arise.
• Study bid specifications and drawings carefully.
• Communicate continuously with clients.
• Deliver on projects in a timely manner.
• Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Projects and/or Primavera.
