Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with field personnel.
• Maintain change orders and document (drawing) control logs.
• Prepare logs and materials for construction meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractors’ contracts and owner manuals.
• Support quality control and coordination with clients and vendors.
