Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture, supporting an injury-free environment.
• Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure quality for assigned tasks.
• Assists with estimating and change management, including quantity take-off and subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with the project team to support tasks like monitoring crew size, self-perform hours, materials and equipment.
• Prepares required documentation and participates in project meetings and reports.
