Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 1+ years of experience in a construction or engineering firm (internships included).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Primavera, and project management software.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to project sites.
• Assigned to a project site with undetermined duration if metrics require.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Construction and Site Managers to monitor projects per contract, specs, and metrics.
• Perform safety audits and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Lead in resolving issues impacting schedule, quality, and budget.
• Audit project files and drawings to ensure latest revisions are used.
• Obtain and route submittals, transmittals, and RFIs to support project schedules.
• Review submittals, transmittals, RFIs and schedules for accuracy.
• Follow up on submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for action items.
• Track deliverables (schedules, lien waivers, work plans) for timely submission.
