Job summary

Duke Electric B.V. is seeking a Construction Specialist to lead field construction activities for renewable energy projects in the United States. You will report to the Manager of Construction for Renewables and coordinate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

This is a 9‑month contract starting November 2, 2026, with a 40‑hour work week. Responsibilities include site readiness, startup planning, commissioning, risk management, and ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• 10+ years field construction and oversight experience.
• Contract management, scheduling, cost reporting, safety regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, manage construction, and coordinate with internal and external groups across project construction.
• Assist with schedule adherence, startup/commissioning plans, and site readiness.
• Enforce the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and manage deficiencies impacting safety, cost, schedule, or quality.
• Provide daily contract management oversight for EPC, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Field engineering and construction oversight; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risk items jeopardizing safety, cost, schedule, performance, or environmental compliance.
