Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 1+ year of experience in a position of responsibility with a construction or engineering firm, internships included.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Primavera, and project management software is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to sites beyond the corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Construction with assigned tasks and project coordination.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to contract requirements, specifications, and metrics.
• Perform safety audits and coordinate with contractors to uphold a strong safety culture.
• Review submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Track deliverables, schedules, and field productivity to support project timelines.
• Read drawings across disciplines and assess schedules for risks and opportunities.
• Support independent engineer documentation and respond to inquiries as needed.
