Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field; 0–3 years of construction experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of procedures for controlling contract drawings.
• Assist Project Administrator with set up of the job management system.
• Assist with building permit process.
• Assist Superintendent in site utilization planning.
• Review submittals and shop drawings to maintain schedules.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
