• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree (required).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project documentation with the project team.
• Assist Project Manager to manage quality, safety, schedule and cost expectations.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Subcontractors, Clients, and Inspectors to resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute bid packages and meeting agendas.
• Process RFIs, change orders, and project records.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project folders and archives.
