You'll join a team that builds, with opportunities to advance within a year based on performance. Salt Lake City, UT, and other Lithko locations offer on‑site work and a structured integration program.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Concrete Industry Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule, and follow safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and adjust based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams and participate in the project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, formwork, inspections, and quantity takeoffs.
