Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before start date, or equivalent work/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with guidance from managers/mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams during execution processes.
• Perform duties evolving with skills, including estimating, field engineering, formwork, inspections, loadout, and more.
