Lithko Contracting in Salt Lake City is seeking an entry‑level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on the job site. You’ll be paired with a dedicated manager and mentors who invest in your success as you build knowledge and advance quickly through Lithko’s integration (training) program.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date.

Responsibilities

• Actively understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, and quantity take-offs.
