Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale order fulfillment and coordinate installation, delivery, and service within the territory.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure Just-In-Time shipments and on-schedule deliveries.
• Handle aging A/R and provide project paperwork to crews.
• Support team and handle requests within management timeframes.
• Adhere to Gunton policies and ethical standards.
