Responsibilities

  • Maintain and distribute project documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and schedules.
  • Support Project Managers with client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up items.
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational contact during active customer engagements.
  • Track purchase orders and expenditures, assisting with project budget monitoring.
  • Run reports and analyze data to support project tracking and reporting needs.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $35.00 Hourly

U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company contribution, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits, among others. Summary of Position:

The Project Coordinator I is the first point of contact in Denali's customer delivery experience. This role coordinates logistics, order tracking, and scheduling to support seamless project execution from purchase order through completion. The Coordinator I works directly with clients and vendors on day-to-day operational needs and provides direct support to Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Essential Functions:

This position is based in a professional office and warehouse setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.
